Design
and development
Every new component begins as an idea that we turn into a functional technical design. At the outset, we analyse the brief, look for suitable solutions, and design the optimal geometry for plastic manufacturing. Our designers prepare initial concepts, which we refine with the customer down to the last detail—in terms of function, aesthetics, and manufacturing feasibility. We then convert the final design into an accurate CAD model, ready for prototyping and testing. Every step of the process has one goal: to create a solution that is reliable, efficient, and ready for real-world production.
Prototyping
Before serial production, we verify every detail in practice. From the CAD model, we create a series of 3D-printed prototypes, which we test, modify, and compare against the customer’s requirements. Each iteration allows us to fine-tune the part’s shape, function, and accuracy. Once the prototypes are perfectly refined, we prepare the injection mould and launch trial production. This process gives us confidence that every detail works even before the first moulding and minimises the risk of errors in serial production.
Certification
The development of new components also includes verification and certification. We arrange the necessary tests according to the customer’s requirements and applicable European standards, so that each part meets technical, safety, and legislative requirements. The entire inspection process includes dimensional measurement, functional testing, and visual inspection to ensure the component is ready for production and safe use in real-world conditions. Certification is therefore not merely a formality, but an integral part of the development process and the quality of our products.
